Minimum signups

The Aftercare Program can be offered as long as a minimum of 4 children are signed up on any day. Some After School programs require more signups (10 are required for Ballet).

Continued enrollment

If no changes are received by the 25th of the month, enrollment automatically continues the following month.

Fixed days

Selected days are fixed weekdays for the semester. A missed day cannot be moved to another day; extra days are booked as drop-ins.

Unscheduled drop-in

Drop-ins are possible for Toddler and Primary Aftercare on additional days for a $40 drop-in fee, subject to space available. Sign up through the Bovina Montessori app.

Holiday Care

Holiday Care has a separate signup from regular Aftercare.

Reporting absence

Please report absences in the Bovina Montessori app or at www.bovinamontessori.com/absence, so the guides are informed in time.

Billing and payment

Daily Aftercare is billed monthly upfront, with 15 days payment terms. After School and Holiday Care are billed upfront for the entire period, with 15 days payment terms. A $25 late payment fee applies.

Refunds for absence

Fees are not refundable for days a child is unable to attend, unless the school cancels. Our guides are scheduled for each day based on the children signed up, so the cost of a day is the same whether or not your child attends, and a minimum of paying children is what allows us to offer the program. An extended medical absence of 5 or more consecutive days is credited on request. If one program is cancelled, fees are not refundable for siblings in other ongoing programs.

Cancellation disclaimer

The school reserves the right to cancel a program if guides are absent and none of the school's substitutes are available.

Late pickup fee

Please plan to arrive in time to pick up your child no later than 5:00pm, so our guides can get home to their own families. A late pickup fee of $15 is charged for every commenced quarter hour, starting at 5:01pm.
