Teachers - or what we call "Guides" - will be hired based on a combination of qualifications including, but not limited to: work history, life experience, skill level, education, and a passion to help us grow our vision.

All Lead Guides/Teachers need a minimum of BA or MA, and preferably a completed Montessori Diploma (full scholarships for AMI diploma training available to the right candidate).

Assistant guides/teachers will receive Montessori Fundamentals training through the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI), the American Montessori Society (AMS), and/or the Center for Guided Montessori Studies (CGMS), and other accredited agencies. The school will provide funding for further Montessori training and professional development

Current Positions available:

Daycare Assistant Guides - Substitute/Afternoon/Part-time/Summer positions available for our Daycare Center (infant / toddler)

Choir Instructor - 4 hours a week, children and/or adults

String Instrument Teacher - 4-6 hours a week, children only
