Employment Opportunities

 
We welcome applications to our Montessori Guide positions.
​

Guides/Teachers will be hired based on a combination of qualifications including, but not limited to: work history, life experience, skill level, education, and a passion to help us grow in our vision.

 

All lead guides/teachers need a minimum of BA or MA in Education, as well as AMI-approved, Montessori Accreditation Council for Teacher Education (MACTE) training, at the program level that they are teaching at.

 

Assistant guides/teachers will need Montessori Fundamentals training through the Center for Guided Montessori Studies (CGMS), or from providers through the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI). Our school can provide funding for this training.

Positions available for start in Fall 2022:

Toddler Lead Guide (40 hours/week, 10 months/year) - start: mid-October, 2023 (AMI diploma training scholarships available)

​

Toddler Assistant Guide (35 hours/week, 10 months/year) - start: October 2, 2023

​

Infant Lead Guide (40 hours/week, 10 months/year) - start: September 2024 (AMI diploma training scholarships available)

​

Spanish Guide (4-6 hrs per week)

 

Soccer Coach / PE Teacher (5-10 hrs per week)
