We welcome applications to our Montessori Guide positions.
Guides/Teachers will be hired based on a combination of qualifications including, but not limited to: work history, life experience, skill level, education, and a passion to help us grow in our vision.
All Lead Guides/Teachers need a minimum of BA or MA, and preferably a completed Montessori Diploma (full scholarships for AMI diploma training available to the right candidate).
Assistant guides/teachers will need Montessori Fundamentals training through the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI), the American Montessori Society, and/or the Center for Guided Montessori Studies (CGMS), or from providers through . The school can provide funding for AMI training.

Current Positions available:
Infant Lead Guide (40 hours/week, 10 months/year) - start: August 2024 (If un-trained in Montessori, AMI diploma training scholarships are available)
Student Ages: 8 weeks - 18 months
Max students in Classroom: 8
Infant Assistant Guide (35 hours/week, 10 months/year) - start: End of August, 2023
Toddler Lead Guide (40 hours/week, 10 months/year) - start: mid-August. (if un-trained in Montessori, AMI diploma training scholarships are available)
Student Ages: 18 months
Max students in Classroom 10 or 12
Spanish / Foreign Languages Guide (4-6 hrs per week) - start anytime
Soccer Coach / PE Teacher (5-10 hrs per week) - start spring 2024
